continental USA. Any person or firm wishing to have affiliation opportunity with My Daily
Needs.Com should be prepared to accept a minimum sale of at least US $2500.00 per month in
his Area of Location. My Daily Needs.Com offers affiliation for a particular location on
an exclusive basis to such qualified entrepreneurs.
My Daily Needs.Com
regularly determines achievable sales performance through survey and reports, for a
particular Area of Location, based on demographic concentration of population interested
in Indian Merchandise. If it is assessed that the sales performance of any affiliate is
far below such achievable sales levels for that particular Area of Location, My Daily
Needs.Com has sole right to appoint another affiliate in addition to or in place of the
original affiliate for such Area of Location. If the affiliate is unable to perform the
minimum prescribed sales level of US $5000 in aggregate for three months, then My Daily
Needs.Com automatically cancels the affiliation.
All that the
prospective affiliate needs to do is mail us at [email protected], a brief note on:
his/her/firm's
background;
Area of Location
interested;
Approximate
concentration of population, in the interested Area of Location, with Indian Origin or
population which may be interested in Merchandise of My Daily Needs.Com;
Proposed Minimum
Sales Level interested to undertake in the first month and first three months with a sales
plan for the first year of operation.
Please give us 2
weeks time, from the date of receipt of application, to process your application for
Affiliation Program with My Daily Needs.Com. On approval, an affiliate needs to order, pay
and pick up the minimum prescribed merchandise valuing in dollar amount US $2500.00
towards sale in the first month. An affiliate may order merchandise in value for
subsequent two months at his choice. However, minimum order for a month should not be less
than US $1000.00 and total minimum order for the first three months in aggregate should
not be less than the minimum prescribed sales of US $5000.00
My Daily Needs.Com
strictly prohibits sale of merchandise by affiliates at rates other than those prescribed
and fixed by My Daily Needs.Com determined on a time to time basis and demand vs. supply
situation. Any attempt of sale of merchandise, by an affiliate, at rates in variation to
those fixed by My Daily Needs.Com would henceforth be violation of the Affiliation Program
and My Daily Needs.Com has every right to take any appropriate punitive action to be
determined on a case to case basis.
How the
Affiliate Program operates:
Submission of
Application Form through online.
2 weeks time for
processing the Approval.
On application
approval - Order, Payment and Pick up of merchandise by Affiliate within 10 days.
Order Process: All
online orders received by My Daily Needs.Com are processed for Order Value authorization
with Banks or Credit Card Agencies centrally through My Daily Needs.Com Secured Servers.
All valid orders pertaining to affiliate's Area of Location shall immediately be
transferred to him through e-mail communication or any other mode of communication
affiliate prefers.
Affiliate executes
the order by performing a door delivery service or through such mode of shipment the
customer prefers for delivery of his ordered merchandise. Such execution of order should
take place within 6 hours from the time order is communicated to the affiliate by My Daily
Needs.Com.
The policy of My
Daily Needs.Com is not to burden its valued Customer with any shipment charges on
merchandise ordered except for those items for which shipment charges are indicated in
relevant catalog pages shipping guidelines. The benefit for My Daily Needs.Com or its
Affiliate is: reduced time of delivery of merchandise, improved customer confidence,
competing with local superstores and more reach to customer's preferences. My Daily
Needs.Com opines such bonus offer to a customer multiplies sales performance on a global
level.
My Daily Needs.Com
offers a very straight proposal to its affiliates unlike many other online stores who
offer a meagre 5% commission to its affiliates/partners. My Daily Needs.Com pays its
affiliates 75% of net margins retaining the balance as service charges for marketing and
promotion of merchandise sold online. Net Margin is determined on a quarterely basis and
is generally defined as sale price of merchandise or services offered reduced by relevant
cost of purchase of merchandise or gross cost of services offered for sale; shipment,
handling and insurance incurred on merchandise; any commissions paid in procurement of the
merchandise; all proportionate direct marketing and promotion expenses incurred within in
its general and specific meaning for performance of online stores and any other
proportional operating expenses incurred in the performance of online stores. Such Net
Margin shall be determined from monthly audited accounts and affiliates can view their
account balances online.. All amounts due on account of Net Margins shall be remitted to
affiliates within 7 days from the end of every quarter in a year.
My Daily Needs.Com
shall, at the option of the Affiliate, adjust the Net Sales amount collected from
customers and pertaining to Affiliate's Area of Location towards order of Merchandise by
Affiliate for subsequent month(s). If Affiliate opts for termination of Affiliation
Program, the entire net credit balance pertaining to the Affiliate shall be paid within 30
days from the date of such request for termination. Any Affiliate should however bear in
mind that he should meet a sales target of US $ 5000.00 for the first three months of
Affiliation Program. My Daily Needs.Com has every right to adjust any credit balance
pertaining to the Affiliate towards satisfaction of this minimum agreed sales level at the
time of singing of the Affiliate Program and deliver the merchandise accordingly to the
affiliate in compliance of such minimum program.
All disputes are
subject to and governed by the laws of the State of Delaware and Federal Laws of the
United States of America and subject to discharge of judgement by relevant judiciary
courts of the State of Delaware and the Federal Regulation Authorities. No other
arbitration is accepted other than exclusive private settlement between My Daily Needs.Com
and the Affiliate. It is informed to the Affiliate through this description of operation
of Affiliation Program that My Daily Needs.Com takes minute care to comply with Federal
and State Laws in performance of its duties and conducting business and expects the
Affiliate to comply with the laws of the State for the relevant Area of Location of
Affiliate's operation and the laws of the Federal Agencies of the United States of
America. Affiliate is solely responsible for any violation of such laws and rulings if
performed without the express or implied knowledge and authority and permission of My
Daily Needs.Com.
